Responsibilities
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time front-line position located on the Estherville Campus. Under limited supervision, perform tasks related to the Campus Business Office and Music Department. Organization and self-motivation are essential. Cashier student accounts and financial aid, process deposit slips, may include duties for other departments. A strong commitment to “customer service” and “student centeredness” is essential. Some evening and weekend hours to assist with music performances will be required. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: An Associate Degree and three or more years of experience in a related area is preferred. (A Bachelor’s Degree in a related area will receive added consideration.) Personal computer software knowledge and experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Publishing, and network operation beneficial.
